Equity Share Life Estate

By selling a share of the equity in your home, you can get the capital needed to live out your life in your home. There would be no payments to the lender. However, you are still obligated to pay the property taxes and maintenance of the home. The loan would be paid back only when you decide to sell the home, no longer live in the home or when you pass away. The remaining share of equity that you keep continues to grow, allowing you to leave it behind for your beneficiaries. Unlike a reverse mortgage that eats away at your equity over time.

Real Estate Equity Share

Specifically for Buyers of Real Estate, who may be short of down payment or are investors and flippers. We have Investors that will lend a portion of the purchase price, in exchange for a percentage of the future equity in the property. This type of transaction is for a set period, usually 5,10,15 or 20 years, where the loan will need to be paid back at that time, by either selling the property, or through a refinance, once the buyer has enough equity to borrow against the property to pay back the loan. The repayment is based on the amount of loan + the percentage of the increased value of the property at the time of the sale.
